I understand a client and candidate’s needs and my style emphasizes coaching and counseling. I specialize in placing sales, management, quality, and senior operations personnel in the prepress, printing, and direct mail industries.




Accomplished Sales, Sales Management, and Business Executive with over thirty years experience identifying, developing and managing highly successful teams within the paper, converting, and packaging industries. My experience has enabled me to become an excellent listener and counselor with both clients and candidates. I specialize in placing sales, sales management, quality, purchasing, customer service management and senior operations personnel within the flexible packaging, film, and folding carton industries.


John Dalrymple joins Brightleaf Group, Inc. bringing with him more than 30 years of sales and management expertise in the Graphic Arts industry. Dal has spent over 20 years as Regional Manager for the Fasson Division of Avery International. He has held top positions as Account Sales Executive, District Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager for several of the top 10 label companies in the industry. He brings a unique perspective on what is required for a sales professional to be successful in this very competitive market.


George Graham, Account Executive, focused on the Label material and converting Industries. George is an accomplished sales and business development professional with over 30 + years invested in the pressure sensitive, converting, printing and packaging industries. His career was built on sales and management positions at Avery Dennison Corporation and Packaging Corporation of America. He brings a real world perspective to matching the right professional for the right client. Based on his relationships and network in the industry he will navigate to find the talent you need to accomplish your goal.
